Digital Library Card
For residents of Olmsted County who do not live within the city limits of Chatfield, Pine Island, St. Charles, or Stewartville, you can get instant access to many of RPL’s digital resources, such as Libby and Kanopy, by filling out the application below. You won't need to pick up a physical card and you'll be able to start accessing digital items within 48 hours.
Full Access Library Card
You can also get access to all our physical materials by filling out the application below and then visiting us at the library or Bookmobile with a photo ID to verify your account and receive a physical card.
When applying for a library card, each person must agree to the following:
- I accept responsibility for the items on my card.
- The information I provided is accurate and I will update my information when it changes.
- If my card is missing or stolen, I will report it immediately.
- The library will make a good faith effort to contact me as needed.
