Parking

The Rochester Public Library is launching a parking pilot program June 1st, providing validation for an additional 60 minutes of free parking in the Civic Center Ramp (up to a $3 value). This extends the free time available in the ramp for up to two hours. To use the program:

  • If you are over 16, bring your Civic Center ramp entry ticket and your library card to the front public service desk at the library for validation.
  • Check out a parking pass with your library card.
  • When exiting the Civic Center Ramp, scan ticket side first, then scan sticker on the back of the ticket.
