Our 2026 Free Parking Pilot has ended
Thank you to the Rochester Public Library Foundation and the Friends of the Rochester Public Library for supporting our 2026 Parking Pilot.
Between June 1- August 31, 2026, library visitors were provided an additional free hour of parking, validated by Foundation and Friends donations.
Please take our Free Parking Pilot survey (even if you didn't participate in the pilot!).
Rochester Public Library can be accessed through the skyway system, which is connected to multiple parking ramps around downtown Rochester. The ramp connected directly to the library is the Civic Center Ramp.There are also a limited number of parking meters available around the library.
