Yes! All Minnesota residents are eligible for a library card at no cost.

Most resources can be accessed by signing in with your library card number and PIN. Your PIN is typically the last four digits of your phone number, unless you chose a personal PIN when signing up.

Some resources will require you to create an additional account to save your progress (Creativebug, Mango, etc.). This is separate from your library account, and we recommend you always read the Privacy Policy for every account you create.
