Usage Requirements

• Keep the Study Pod secure (locked if not present in booth)
• Check in and out at the Reference desk every time you exit
• No food inside the Study Pod

Reserve the Study Pod

• Visit our Room Reservation System or call us at 507-328-2309
• Can be reserved for up to 2 hours per day, in 15-minute increments
  
  

Once you have placed your reservation, stop by the Reference desk at your appointed time to check in to use the Study Pod.

If leaving the Study Pod for a short break, staff must be informed and the Study Pod locked. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in suspension of access to this resource.

Before reserving the room, I agree to follow the Library Space Policy and:

• Groups may reserve the room for a maximum of 2 hours per day (in 15-minute increments)
• Groups can only have one reservation per day
• Groups are limited to a total of two reservations on the calendar at a time
• Groups may reserve up to 60 days in advance
